Discovery & advisory

Plan your next step with AI

After your 1-hour Word of AI workshop, explore how to make your business easier for AI tools to understand and recommend with David.

1-hour advisory session

Bring your business priorities and the questions raised during the workshop. The session helps identify a practical next step.

Keep the discussion connected to your business

Bring a specific goal, such as making a service easier to understand, clarifying the questions buyers ask or reviewing the evidence behind public business claims. A practical starting point is usually more useful than trying to cover every AI product or every marketing channel.

The discussion can be informed by what you already know: your public website, customer questions and any answer observations you have retained. A single AI response is limited evidence. Be clear about what was observed and what remains uncertain.

Prepare for the session

  • Write a short description of your audience, service and intended outcome.
  • Identify the public pages that should answer important customer questions.
  • List the questions you want to discuss in priority order.
  • If relevant, bring a dated answer observation and its source links.
  • Note your preferred language, stakeholders and practical constraints.

Use public examples where possible and leave out credentials, private customer records or other material you should not share.

Workshop, discovery or advisory?

Understand the scope of advisory

A focused advisory conversation does not automatically include a formal AI visibility audit, technical implementation, a full SEO service, a written report or an ongoing engagement. Any additional work, deliverables, fees and responsibilities are agreed separately. Discuss the scope that suits your business before agreeing further work.

For a self-directed starting point, use our existing practical AI recommendation guide to organize customer questions and public business facts. This preparation is distinct from a formal audit or any deliverables agreed for a professional engagement.

English and Mandarin enquiries across UTC+8 markets

Businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, mainland China, the Philippines, Brunei and Perth may have related questions, but their markets and service availability differ. Describe the audience and location you need to discuss rather than assuming evidence from one country applies to another.

Check actual language, format, scheduling and suitability through the existing booking information. A shared time zone does not imply a local office or a local classroom session. The Word of AI programme page provides the learning routes, including the existing Chinese workshop destination.

Questions before your session

Can I request a full audit or implementation?

Explain the need through the booking or discovery path. Do not assume that a particular deliverable is available or included; any further work must be agreed separately.

How do I confirm the appointment?

Use the existing booking form on this page and its confirmation information. Keep the actual appointment and any agreed scope for your records.
